Upon receiving your order you should immediately check to make sure everything you ordered is present. If you find that anything is missing you should get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please note we will not be able to rectify missing samples if we are contacted days or weeks after the date of delivery - orders must be verified as soon as they are delivered and you must contact us within 48hrs.

Yes, you can return your order if you change your mind on the understanding that the package has remained unopened. Packages that are opened are considered to have been used/tried and will not be eligible for return or refund.

No, we only sell decanted fragrances, not the original bottles.

All fragrances are subject to availability, but we are able to take requests for specific fragrances if we do not already carry them. Pricing is fair and based upon what the original fragrance was bought for at retail price. Please note: 1ml decants are sold in partially filled 2ml bottles.

Shipping is £2.99 on orders under £30. Free delivery on orders over £30. Orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm. Next day dispatch if ordered after 1pm. We currently DONT ship outside the UK.
